The Recovery Membership gives you access to the recovery suite featuring our compression equipment and self-massage tools, as well as access to our wet area with our hydro pool, saunas and ice baths (during staffed hours).
Staffed hours:
Monday-Thursday 6am-8pm
Friday 6am-7pm
Saturday 7am-1pm
Sunday 10am-4pm
