The Fitness Coaching Membership is your ultimate pre-season package!

A one off $75 on-boarding fee applies to all new coaching members. The on-boarding process includes a movement assessment, performance testing, customized programming and individual program instruction.

Membership inclusions consist of 24/7 gym access, full-time coaching on the gym floor (during staffed hours), unlimited access to all group studio classes and full access to our recovery suite and wet areas (hydro pool, saunas and ice baths).
